FEUERHAND Nr. 260 - 'SUPERFLAM'

This is a rarely seen version of the Feuerhand Nr. 260.  The 'Superflam' model was an export to France.  This particular lantern came from Aosta, Italy.  The globe that was in it when I received it was a Feuerhand Embossed 260 Globe that was clear. It now has a very rare red embossed FH Globe.

Underneath all the black paint, was a tremendous amount of rust. The entire bottom of the fuel fount was riddled with pinholes and deterioration.  The tank is now sealed. There is also a fair amount of pitting from the rust.
