FRÖHLICH & WOLTER - FROWO Nr. 65 - BIG TANK KEROSENE LANTERN
There are two versions of the Frowo Nr. 65. This is the second version with very large fuel tank. The lantern arrived with a clear globe. The Orange globe you are seeing is a New Old Stock extremely rare Feuerhand Embossed 275/276 globe.

The knowledge I have of this lantern is limited to knowing that it was made during the 1950's-60's and was most likely an effort on the part of Frowo to compete with the big tank kerosene lanterns such as Feuerhand and others. Not super common, but not rare either.
It has been restored and repainted.

Hello,
This lantern burns the same fuel as all the other lanterns you see on my website. I use Klean Heat which is a kerosene alternative. It burns better than any other fuel.
